5 Tibetan Rites

Ancient 5 Tibetan Rites are a beautiful practice that gives you flexibility and strength and will be performed with empowering affirmations.

Voice

During our voice work sessions we will focus on releasing tension, allowing the free voice to flow and releasing your inner self to shine. The voice work includes vocal exercises, improvisation, interpretation skills, chanting and voicing.

Meditation & Visualization

Meditation is useful to singers for focusing better which helps in memorizing lyrics and music, getting rid of anxiety and becoming a more calm and confident singer, as well as person. 

Visualization is a powerful tool in manifesting success and desired results.

Sound Shower

Sound shower is a powerful technique of sharing love, giving and receiving positive energy and  supporting each other through the power of voice. It creates a loving atmosphere of well being, community full of empathy and care. It also enhances one's ability to feel, rather then only hear music.

Raw food in everyday life

Everyone wants to be healthy. The increased intake of raw food definitely contributes to being more healthy. Nutritionists nowadays recommend the daily intake of raw food should be at least 50%.

This workshop is designed to facilitate the everyday food prep. Tina will prepare a menu for the whole day. Of course, with lots of tips that she prepared for you, this workshop will surely inspire you and give you ideas for your own sequel.

All the food we prepare, we will consume right after.

Our raw menu consists of:

Green smoothie for starters

Zucchini spaghetti with pesto

Vegetable crackers

Cream cheese (no actual cheese)

Cream cake

Scat Circle

Creating grooves and patterns of sound of own choice individually in a sequence while building on-the-spot compositions, then taking turns and soloing over it - exploring vocabulary and developing solo and group improvisation skills.

Bliss Baloon

Bliss Baloon is a powerful technique for anchoring a group of selected positive emotions with the goal of achieving your set dreams or desires. It is a powerful mind programming game that will fill you with bliss and wisdom of unlimited possibilities and powers of the Universe / Ourselves.

Chakras

You will learn more about your energy centers and learn how to balane them. Chakras disbalance can cause illnesses, emotional and mental issues. It's important to consciously maintain and balance them and you will get the tools and techniques on how to do that. Sound healing will be a part of the Chakra sessions as it's an effective way to bring your system into balance.
